Pompoarism for Women is a traditional oriental technique that targets the Pelvic Floor Muscles (MAP) (also known as Pubcoccidial Muscles, PC). It is a practice that dates back more than three thousand years and was introduced to the West in the 1950s through the North American gynecologist Dr. Arnold Henry Kegel.
When a woman learns to pomp, she becomes more aware of her personal power. With this knowledge, she can control the contraction and relaxation of the vaginal muscles and, therefore, have absolute control over the circumvaginal rings. The result is a fuller sex life and better health.
